Can I cancel my order?
As all items are bespoke and made-to-order, we are unable to offer returns on any of our products, unless they are faulty or damaged. Please make sure that you are entirely happy with your decision before placing an order.
We are a small, skilled team and we take huge pride in the quality of each item that we make. We hope that you are entirely satisfied with your order, however if you believe that your product is faulty, please do get in contact at lou@ootydesigns.com within 7 working days of receiving the goods, with your order number in the subject title.
We cannot accept return/refund requests more than 7 days from receipt of goods.

Shipping
What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the UK Mainland, for orders outside of the UK, please do get in touch at info@ootydesigns.com for a custom shipping quote.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We have an approximate lead time of 7-8 weeks on all our products. Please note that if you are supplying your own fabric, the lead time is 7-8 weeks from when we receive your fabric. Very occasionally, our fabric suppliers run out of stock, or have delays in their printing schedule. If this does happen, we will notify you of the updated lead time.
For House Fabric samples, please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.
For House Fabric by the meter - this is handmade to order, please allow 10 - 14 days for delivery.
What if I am not home when my delivery arrives?
Due to the size and weight of our products, we charge a £60 delivery fee on all furniture.
For larger items, we provide a two-man delivery service, so that they are able to carry your order to a room of your choice. Please ensure that the order can fit in this room prior to delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for any issues relating to this that may arise during delivery. Our courier team are unfortunately unable to drill holes, so if you have ordered a headboard, and would like it to be wall mounted, you will need to arrange this separately.
All deliveries must be signed for, unless you have specified a safe place for the goods to be left. We cannot accept responsibility for any damage to items that are left in a safe place.
In the event that no one is there to receive a delivery at the agreed time, and no safe place has been specified, our courier will retain the goods for a fee of £50. Redelivery will cost an additional £50. Payment must be made prior to the second delivery attempt.

Do you offer custom sizes, shapes & styles?

Can I supply my own fabric?
Yes, please select the option 'Supplied by Customer' on the product page and include details of your fabric within the order notes, one of our team will then get in touch to discuss.
Trade
How do I apply?
To apply for our trade discount, please fill in our application form. Our trade discount covers our Products and House Fabrics only.
